Allowing access to the customer portal
How to give customer's access to the member portal.
Members and contacts can access the space website after they sign up to the members' portal. Note that this does not give them access to the admin panel, which only admin users have access to.
How to set up members and contacts as users
This happens automatically after a member or a contact signs up to the members' portal. Contacts or members without a user account can only be created from the Admin panel.
