# Bookmarks

For example, you might bookmark a customer you often deal with, or use bookmarks as a to-do list when there are several invoices you need to follow up.

Wherever an item can be added to bookmarks, a star icon<img src="broken-reference" alt="" data-size="line">is available at the top of the page. Click<img src="broken-reference" alt="" data-size="line">when the bookmark option is available to bookmark that item. Click it again to un-bookmark the item.

To view the list of bookmarked items, click<img src="broken-reference" alt="" data-size="line">in the left-hand panel. Click any item in the list to open it. Click <img src="broken-reference" alt="" data-size="line"> to un-bookmark an item; you can use this feature to "check off" bookmarked items as you resolve them.
