How to edit the benefits for a product.

To view, add or remove product benefits

You can ask Monika how to add a money credit, time credit or passes to a product.

  1. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Products.

  2. Click the name of the product whose benefits you want to view.

  3. Under the resource name, click Benefits.

  4. If required, do one of the following:

    • Click the Add button of the benefit you want to add. The types of benefit are described below.

    • On an existing benefit, click either Remove or Change as required.

  5. Click Save changes.

Money credit

You can give money credit (a monetary amount in your currency) to a customer who buys the product. You can set the expiry conditions for the accrued credit.

Money credit can be used by the customer to pay for bookings, products purchased with those bookings and/or events. By default, the member can use the credit to book any resource (but not events); you can set whether credits can be used to book a resource or event in the settings for individual resources and events.

Booking time

You can give time credit to customers purchasing this product that can be used to use towards bookings for some of your resources. The credit type determines which resources customers can use with this benefit. You can also set the expiry conditions for the accrued time.

Passes

You can give passes to customers purchasing this product that can be used to check in at one or more of your locations. If you have an access control or WiFi tracking system connected to Nexudus, access via these systems is also controlled using passes. You can set the expiry conditions for the accrued passes.
