# Managing messages in conversations
Managing messages on community boards,
## **Sending a message to a conversation**
1. If the side menu is not visible, click 
.
2. In the side menu, click [**Community**](< https://platform.nexudus.com/content>), then click [**Message boards**](https://platform.nexudus.com/content/messageboards).
3. Select the **Conversations** tab.
4. Click the conversation you want to add the message to**.**
5. Type your message in the textbox at the bottom of the page.
6. Click **Send.**
## **Editing a message in a conversation**
1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
2. In the side menu, click [**Community**](< https://platform.nexudus.com/content>), then click [**Message boards**](https://platform.nexudus.com/content/messageboards).
3. Select the **Conversations** tab.
4. Click the conversation that you want to edit**.**
5. Click **Edit** next to the message you want to change.
6. Edit the text.
7. Click **Save changes.**
## **Deleting a message from a conversation**

**Important:** Deleting a conversation is irreversible, so make sure you really want to do it.

1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
2. In the side menu, click [**Community**](< https://platform.nexudus.com/content>), then click [**Message boards**](https://platform.nexudus.com/content/messageboards).
3. Select the **Conversations** tab.
4. Click the conversation, where you want to delete the message**.**
5. Click **Delete** next to the message you want to change.
6. Click **Yes**.
