# Viewing deliveries in the member portal

How can members view the status of their deliveries.

Your [members and contacts](/platform/day-to-day/operations/members-and-contacts.md) can review the status of their deliveries in the member portal by going to **My Account>Deliveries**. For each delivery, they can see where it is located, the arrival date and whether it has already been collected. They can also view a copy of any scanned label.
