Viewing deliveries in the member portal
How can members view the status of their deliveries.
Your members and contacts can review the status of their deliveries in the member portal by going to My Account>Deliveries. For each delivery, they can see where it is located, the arrival date and whether it has already been collected. They can also view a copy of any scanned label.
