Checking in manually

How to manually check in a customer.

Use this procedure to manually check in a customer:

The customer must have a valid pass for the space.

  1. In the side menu, click Operations.

  2. In the Access & Check-in section, click Who is in?

  3. Click Add check-in.

  4. From the Customer drop-down list, select a customer.

  5. From the Location drop-down list, select a location.

  6. In the From date field, select the date of a check-in.

  7. From the Time drop-down list next to the check-in date, select the time of a check-in.

  8. In the Until date field, select the date of a check-out.

  9. From the Time drop-down list next to the check-out date, select the time of a check-out.

  10. Click Save.
