To display your Nexudus events and bookings on a Google Calendar, you can use one-way Google Calendar synchronization. This will move bookings in one way only, from your Nexudus Calendar to your Google Calendar. It also means that, unlike two-way synchronization, Nexudus will not need access to your Google Calendar account.
Your customers cannot currently sync their personal google accounts with Nexudus.
The synchronization is made using iCal feeds. iCal feeds are accessed using an internet address, but they contain detailed information about each of your events and bookings.
Each resource in your Nexudus Spaces account has a dedicated Calendar feed which you can use to integrate the resource with your Google Calendar. You will find these addresses by using the instructions below:
If the side menu is not visible, click.
In the side menu, click Inventory.
In the Sales section, click Booking Resources.
Click the resource that you would like to integrate with your Google Calendar.
Scroll down to see the Calendar feeds section.
There will be three addresses for three different feeds as shown in the image below:
Access your Google Calendar.
Click by Add calendar.
Click From URL.
Use the link of the feed you'd like to add to your Calendar by pasting it in the URL field when Google prompts you.
Google Calendar will read the iCal feed addresses every few hours so you may notice that events in your Google Calendar are not updated immediately after you updated them in your Nexudus Calendar.
