Reminders
Reminders allow you to automate message to customers based on scenarios.
Reminders let you send messages automatically to space members or contacts when a certain condition occurs. For example:
remind a member that their contract is going to expire in three days' time
use a message to send a feedback questionnaire one week after someone has signed up to the space
Reminder types
The following reminders are currently available on your Nexudus Spaces account, although this list is frequently updated:
Following resource use: You can send a message to the person shortly after they've used one of your resources. This reminder is a good way to receive feedback about your services.
Member/contact birthday reminders: Use this reminder to send birthday wishes to your members or contacts.
Following price plan renewal: This reminder sends a message a number of days after the member's contract is renewed.
Following product purchase: You can sell products via the space website. You can use this reminder to send additional information about the purchase.
On a specific date: This reminder can be used to send an announcement on a specific date.
Some days before the price plan cancellation date: This reminder can help you find out why the plan was cancelled, which can be very useful to help you improve your services.
A number of days after the last access to the space website: Sometimes a user may not access their account for a period of time: this could be a sign that something is wrong. They may have had a problem or be rethinking whether to carry on using the space. It's a good idea to get in contact and show that you're interested in how they are.
A few days before the member's price plan renews: Send a notification to the member to remind them that their price plan will be renewed and that an invoice will be created.
A few days after a member or contact signs up: It's important to find out how the member or contact got on during their first few days in the space.
To add a reminder
If the side menu is not visible, click .
Click Add reminder.
Complete the required fields (see the table below for a description of each reminder option).
Click Save.
Option | Description |
Name | Enter a short description of the reminder |
Location | If you manage more than one space from your Nexudus Spaces account, select from the drop-down list the location of the space that is going to use the reminder |
When to show the reminder? | You can select from these options (an additional box is displayed when qualifying information is needed, for example a number of days):

To edit a reminder
If the side menu is not visible, click .
In the list of reminders, click the name of the one to edit.
Make the necessary changes (see the table above).
Click Save changes.
To delete a reminder
If the side menu is not visible, click .
At the end of the reminder you want to delete, click. A pop-out menu is displayed.
Click Delete.
You can also click on a reminder and delete it from the edit screen.
