Email Server

By default the Nexudus servers will deliver all emails from the system.

In the email server section you can:

• Set the From name on outgoing emails

• Set the Reply to email address on outgoing emails

• Enable a blind carbon copy (bcc) of every message to be sent to you or to a specified email address

We recommend you use the Nexudus servers to deliver emails (the default setting). However, you can use your own SMTP server, such as Gmail or Outlook.

To edit email notification settings

1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
2. In the side menu, click Settings.

3. Scroll down to Communications and click Email Server.

4. In the email notifications settings section, make the necessary changes.

5. Click Save Changes.

To use your own email server

1. If the side menu is not visible, click .
2. In the side menu, click Settings.

3. Scroll down to Communications and click Email Server.

4. In the advanced email server settings section, set Use Nexudus servers to delivery email to No. Four text boxes are then displayed.

5. In the text boxes type:

   1. SMTP server address

   2. SMTP port number

   3. SMTP server username

   4. SMTP server password

6. Click Save Changes.
