Assigning credit to a plan

How to add, edit or remove time credit or money credit to a plan.

Before you add a time, you need to set up some time credit types. These types allow you to determine which resources time credit is valid for, give you full control over the discounts you issue to your members.

Adding a Time Credit Type

  1. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Time Credit Types.

  2. Locate the plan you wish to edit and click on Add credit type.

  3. First, give the credit type a name

  4. Now, select which resources this credit type can be used for, this credit can only be used for the resources you select here.

  5. Finally, select a credit unit (minutes, days, weeks, months, or uses)

  6. Click Save.

To add Time Credit

  1. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Time Credit.

  2. Locate the plan you wish to edit and click on Add time credit.

  3. First select a credit type

  4. Next select a credit amount and how frequently it renews

  5. Click Save.

To add Money Credit

  1. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Money Credit.

  2. Locate the plan you wish to edit and click on Add money credit.

  3. Name this money credit

  4. Next select a credit amount and how frequently it renews

  5. Lastly, you can also set restrictions

    • You can limit this money credit to only certain resources

    • You can prevent customers from using this money credit on events

  6. Click Save.
