When you display a number of tablets in your coworking space running NexBoard, such as in the reception area or outside meeting rooms, members can use them to to check meeting room availability in real time and make their own bookings. NexBoard is an app for iPad and Android tablets that is available free of charge for Nexudus account holders.
Members can also book meeting rooms using their smartphones in the Passport by Nexudus app or your own white-labelled equivalent.
The default meeting room will appear on the tablet screen and members will be able to do any of the following:
Check the room availability in real time:
Retrieve real-time information instantly about upcoming bookings in the room. The message "Next booking in X minutes" will appear on the screen.
Book the room for a set time using their Nexudus credentials.
Book another room in the coworking space without having to go to that room: the app shows the availability for the other rooms during the selected time slot.
The meeting room photos displayed in NexBoard will be the ones you set up via your Nexudus website settings.
To download and install the app, use the following links:
iPad (iOS 8 or later)
The first time you run the app on a device, you'll be asked to log in with your Administrator account and then to specify which room will be displayed by default on that device.
