# Editing a survey question

2. In the side menu, click [**Community**](https://platform.nexudus.com/content).
3. In the **Community** section, click [**Surveys**](https://platform.nexudus.com/content/surveys)**.**
4. From the list of surveys, click the survey you wish to edit.
5. Click on the survey question to edit. Optional details to edit include:
   * Typing in the textboxes to edit the question title or text.
   * Set a question to active or inactive
   * Change the [question type](/platform/day-to-day/community/managing-surveys/managing-survey-questions/types-of-survey-questions.md)
6. Optional: under more options you can make a copy of this question.
7. Click **Save changes**.
