Editing a pass

How to edit an existing pass.

  1. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Passes.

  2. Click the name of the pass whose details you want to view. The Details page is displayed by default.

  3. The settings for the pass are split across three tabs: Details, Availability and Prices.

  4. Once you have made your edits, click Save.

Description

Name

A descriptive name to identify this pass. Customers will see this when they see the available passes in their account.

Unit price

Even though passes are rarely sold to customers (unless you use pay as you go check-ins) they can have a price in case you add them directly to a customer's account.

This pass can be used during several days but up to a specific amount of time

When turned off, this option makes the pass a calendar-day pass. When turned off, you will be asked how many minutes the pass includes.

Description

This pass can only be used to check in at the following locations

Lets you set the specific locations a pass can be used. If you define one or more locations here, the location of the pass must be set to a network location location containing all the selected locations.

This pass can only be used at specific hours and/or days of the week

Lets you set the specific dates and hours the pass can be used to check in.
