Viewing who's currently checked in

1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

2. In the side menu, click Operations.

3. Under the Access & Check-in section, click Who is in?

Allowing members and contacts to view who's in

You can control whether members and contacts can use the member's portal to view a list of who's currently checked in. In Settings>Website>Homepage, and set Show a list of currently checked in users to YES or NO.

Allowing customers to see who is checked in.

If you have enabled this option, members and contacts can use the following procedure to view who's checked in.

1. In the top menu, click My Account.

2. In the side menu, click Visitors.

They can review the details of already registered visitors and register new visitors by completing all the required information in Register a visitor.

How members and contacts can view members who are checked in

1. In the top menu, click COMMUNITY.

2. Click Members. Members who are checked in have a green dot next to their name.
