Surveys are a tool to gain insights to better serve the needs of your customers.

A survey is the process of collecting, aggregating, and analyzing the responses from a set of questions. From the dashboard, you can easily create a survey to help gain feedback and insights into the customer experience at your location.

Surveys are sent to all customers with active contracts.

Note: Only team members with active contracts will be sent a survey.
