# Buying additional products

Customers can buy [products](https://legacydocs.nexudus.com/platform/day-to-day/inventory/managing-products) that you configure using the dashboard in their private member area.

### To buy a product from the member area

When customers are not assigned a plan, they need to have a credit card added in **Billing** > **Card Payments**.

1. In the top menu, click **My Account**.
2. In the side menu, click **Plans and benefits**.
3. Click **Your additional products**.
4. Click **See more additional products**.
5. From the **Payment** drop-down list, select the payment method.
6. From the **Qty** drop-down list, select the number of products to buy.
7. **Optional**: In the **DISCOUNT CODE** text box, type the promotional code.
8. Click **Continue**.
