Linking an office or desk to a member or contact

How to link a customer to an office or desk.

You can associate an office or desk with a particular member or contact.

page describes. Instead, assign the unit or desk to their contract. This will make sure we can automatically assign and remove customers to/from units as their contracts start and end but, most importantly, track and forecast occupancy based on the start and end dates of those contracts.

Although the following procedure is performed on the Desks and Offices page, you can click the symbol of a desk or office on the Floor Plans page to access the same information.

  1. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Desk and Offices.

  2. Click the name of the desk or office you want to link to a member or contact.

  3. In the Customer box, type one or more letters of the member or contact name to display a list.

  4. From the list select the member of contact.

  5. Click Save changes.
