Linking an office or desk to a member or contact

How to link a customer to an office or desk.

You can associate an office or desk with a particular member or contact.

Although the following procedure is performed on the Desks and Offices page, you can click the symbol of a desk or office on the Floor Plans page to access the same information.

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Desk and Offices.

  3. Click the name of the desk or office you want to link to a member or contact.

  4. In the Customer box, type one or more letters of the member or contact name to display a list.

  5. From the list select the member of contact.

  6. Click Save changes.
