# Operations module

In the operations module, you can carry out day-to-day tasks that help you run your space.

You can use it to:

* Manage customers, including [members and contacts,](/platform/day-to-day/operations/members-and-contacts.md) [teams and groups](/platform/day-to-day/operations/teams-and-companies.md), [visitors](/platform/day-to-day/operations/visitors.md) and [users](/platform/settings/managing-users.md).<br>

* Manage [bookings](/platform/day-to-day/sales/bookings.md) and the associated bookable [resources](/platform/day-to-day/inventory/resources.md), such as meeting rooms.<br>
* Keep track of [who's currently in your space](/platform/day-to-day/operations/check-in/viewing-whos-in-right-now.md#viewing-whos-currently-checked-in), manage WiFi access tokens and [passes](broken://pages/-LcxGBuPkgWLMQ9YcWyH).<br>
* Manage [help-desk](/platform/day-to-day/community/help-desk.md) requests and deliveries to your customers.<br>
