  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click .

  3. In the News section, click .

  4. Click Add newsletter.

  5. Click Add conversation. The Add new conversation page is displayed.

  6. Add the Subject and the content in the Contents section.

  7. Select the Location.

  8. Click Save.
