Sending a newsletter

How to send a newsletter.

We recommend testing your newsletter before sending it to the recipients, as it cannot be recalled once it has been sent. When you test the newsletter, it is emailed to the address linked to your Nexudus account. You will see the newsletter exactly as the recipients will see it, so you can identify and make any necessary changes before sending it out.

Testing a newsletter

1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

2. In the side menu, click Community, then click Newsletter campaigns.

3. Do one of the following:

   • Move your pointer to the left of the newsletter you want to send and select the check-box that is displayed.

   • At the end of the newsletter you want to send, click .

4. Click Test newsletter.

5. Click Continue. The newsletter is sent to the email address linked to your Nexudus account.
