After a customer adds their device, Nexudus Spaces recognises the device every time the customer accesses the network. The customer must also have a valid pass or access token. When the customer becomes inactive for 15 minutes, they are automatically checked out.
With Access Tokens, _**_you can give a customer a block of minutes that they can use to connect to the internet. Access Tokens are directly linked to Check-In via Wi-Fi, so that when someone is connected via the captive portal, they can use the token to access the internet. Access tokens simply provide internet access for a certain time period.
