What are passes?
Passes allow your customers to check in while allowing you track usage of your location.
Passes let customers check in. Checking a customer in tells Nexudus that individual is physically at one of your locations.
Passes can be set to be valid for a single calendar day or for up to a specific amount of minutes across multiple days. If you have an access control or WiFi tracking system connected to Nexudus, you can use passes to control access via these systems and let Nexudus mark passes as used when it detects a customer is at one of your locations.
Be default, your account will be set up with the most frequently used passes (24-hour pass, full day pass, morning pass and afternoon pass). You will probably find that these passes are enough for your needs, but if not, you can add as many passes with specific conditions as you need.
If you run more than one location, passes can be set to be valid at one ore more of your locations depending on whether you allow customers to roam around your different sites or not.
