You can edit a booking as an administrator or as a .

Editing Invoiced Bookings

  1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

  2. In the side menu, click .

  3. In the Bookings section, click .

  4. Click a booking that you want to edit.

  5. Click on More options and select Remove Booking Charges. Please note, this will not alter the invoice, to grant the customer a refund or a credit you must complete step 6.

  7. Make any adjustments to the booking per the instructions and save your changes.

  8. Now, you can raise an invoice for this booking immediately by going to More options and selecting Invoice Booking. Otherwise it will be added to the next billing cycle.

Editing a booking as an administrator

  1. Click a booking that you want to edit.

Alternatively, you can also view and edit a booking from the Dashboard by clicking Bookings and then Bookings this month, and selecting the booking that you want to update.

You can edit all the details of your booking in the following tabs:

Remember to save your updates by clicking Save changes after you edit any of the details.

Resource & Date tab

  1. From the Customer drop-down list, type and select a customer to make a booking for.

  2. In the From date field, select the starting date for the booking.

  3. From the Time drop-down list next to From, select the starting hour for the booking.

  4. In the Until date field, select the closing date.

  5. From the Time drop-down list next to Until, select the closing hour.

  6. From the What resource is this booking for? drop-down list, select a resource.

  7. Optional: If you want to wait for a confirmation of the booking from the customer, select Yes under This booking in not yet confirmed.

  8. Optional: If you want to automatically calculate the price of your resource, select Yes under Use best available price for this resource.

  9. In the Price and Available Credit textboxes, type your price and credit manually.

  10. Click Save changes.

Invoicing tab

You can configure the following settings:

  • If you want the booking to be paid for immediately, select Yes under Calculate price and use any available credit to pay for this booking immediately.

  • If you want to create an invoice for the booking immediately, select Yes under Invoice this booking immediately.

  • If you want any available credit to be used as a way of paying for the booking, select Yes under Use any available credit to pay for this booking.

  • In the Purchase order text box, type your purchase order.

  • Click Discount code to add discounts to your booking by selecting a code from the Discount code drop-down list.

Notes tab

You can add notes that both you and the customer can review in the Customer notes textbox. You can also add notes that only you and the members of your team can view.

To add an internal note

  1. Click Add internal note.

  2. In the Internal notes textbox, type the content of your note.

  3. Optional: If you have recently worked on an internal note, you can copy its text by clicking Copy last note.

  4. Click Save Note.

Products tab

You can add product to your booking by typing and selecting a product from the Booking products drop-down list.

Guests tab

To edit a booking as a member or contact

Members and contacts can edit booking with the following procedure.

  1. In the top menu, click My Account.

  2. In the side menu, click Your bookings.

  3. Do one of the following:

    • Select a booking by clicking view in calendar next to the booking you want to update.

    • Click My bookings calendar.

  4. Click the booking you want to edit.

  5. From the Resource drop-down list, select a resource to book.

  6. In Date and End Date, select a starting date and the end date from the calendar.

  7. From the Start Time and End Time drop-down lists, select a time of day to start and end your booking.

  8. Click Save this booking.

If you want to include additional information for the booking, click Add note and then type it in the Note textbox.

You can also add a discount to your booking by clicking Add discount code and typing the code in the Discount Code textbox.

Alternatively, you can also access the calendar and edit a booking from the BOOKINGS menu by clicking Bookings Calendar and then selecting the booking that you want to update.
