What is a resource?
Learn what we call a 'resource' and when to use it.
A resource is any item that can be booked via a calendar, for example a meeting room, a recording studio, or a 3D printer. In comparison a product is any item that is available for purchase and does not need to be booked.
Resources can be charged by the minute, hour, day, week, month or by the number of times they have been booked. Each resource can have one or more prices and each price can be set to apply to specific types of customers and be available at specific times of the day or days of the week.
