Plan discounts

How to edit the discounts for a plan.

You can make discounts available to the members of a plan. They are percentage discounts, which you can apply as follows:

• When a member in this plan makes a booking.

• When a member in this plan is sold a pass.

• When a member in this plan is issued a charge.

Note: Discounts differ from Discount Codes, which let you offer special prices to customers buying products, plans, booking your resources, or buying tickets for one of your events. Discounts codes can be assigned manually to customers or shared as a code.

To view and add or remove discounts

You can ask Monika how to add a discount to a plan.

1. If the side menu is not visible, click .

2. In the side menu, click Inventory, then click Plans.

3. Click the plan whose details you want to view, then click Benefits.

4. Select one or more of the discounts options.

5. Click Save changes.
